Pest Control Services for Farms, Commercial, & Residential Properties
About Us
We are not your average pest control company. Our main objective is to support wildlife rescue facilities and provide preventative solutions to habitat loss and the overuse of chemical pesticides. Our efforts are mostly in Arizona. However, we like to travel and have collaborated with rescue groups in New Jersey, Florida, Belize, Southern Mexico, Australia, and South Africa.
Our approach includes making habitat changes, using cameras to identify what species are present, rodent and pigeon fertility control concepts, ground fumigation for burrowing rodents, and increasing predator habitats through nest building and land management consults that include increasing native plants for biodiversity that in return help reduce chemical pest control demands. We also want to teach our customers our techniques so they are comfortable doing it on their own if they want to.
We believe in better pest management through increased biodiversity and mitigating habitat loss is a win-win.
About Our Clients
Our clients are anyone who cares about the value of conservation and wants to find ways to increase biodiversity and decrease the need for blanket poison applications that are known to fail. Agricultural, Industrial, Manufacturing, Commercial, Retail, Residential, Golf Courses, and HOAs.
We specialize in raptors and rodents but have a lot of great contacts for all the different aspects of habitat management and wildlife friendly pest controls.
Help Us Mitigate Habitat & Species Loss
Habitat and species loss continue at a high rate due to residential and industrial development. Many conservation efforts only flush, push, or trap wildlife before construction projects.... but many efforts fail to ever build habitats for the wildlife to return to after construction is complete. This continues to contribute to species decline despite good effort.
We want to help increase native plants and supplemental nesting habitats throughout development.
Our experience has shown that supplemental habitat for native species with the correct design and placement are effective mitigation techniques to decrease habitat loss, increase beneficial native species, and decrease pest issues in urban setting.
This also has an economic value as less chemical controls are needed in areas with more biodiversity and a healthier ecology.
Site Survey & Recommended Treatment Plan
The first step in any engagement is a site survey and assessment where we will evaluate rodent activity, existing habitats, predator presence, erosion, wash areas, vegetation, leaks, and more. Based on our findings, we recommend a treatment plan specifically for your property.
Treatment Methods
Residential treatments typically include a combination of trapping, rodent birth control, removing food sources, installing owl habitats, adjustments to vegetation, and camera monitoring.
Pest exclusion is also important. We do some small exclusion jobs and can show you techniques but some we may recommend be contracted out to third party providers with more expertise with more difficult exclusions.
For larger properties, golf courses, small farms, and agricultural sites we fumigate for burrowing rodents.
Monitoring
We love using cameras instead of chemicals. Remote monitoring helps watch over problem areas before they become a problem. Why wait weeks to notice rodent damage when a camera in a problem spot can notify you immediately. We can set you up on a rental or you can buy your own.
