Yay, this means it's officially the kick off of nesting install season. It's still how, but now is the best time to start installing. Soon the parents kick away the babies, and the babies will be looking for their first apartment... so why not give them a space. We have nesting baskets, ...Owl, houses, we teach people how to set snap traps, we do remote monitoring, and we specialize in rodent management without any poison. Thank you, Miss Alice for our fun morning of putting up nesting on your property. I really hope we get occupancy comes spring. Thanks for the referral Strategic Habitat Enhancements #wildlifeconservation #plantmorehabitat #greathornedowl

Please help support Crystal's Critter Haven, East Valley Wildlife, & the wildlife from Freestone Park in Gilbert, AZ.
The lake area will be undergoing maintenance which means they will have to drain the pond... but the city never set aside enough money to care for the stranded ...Wildlife that will be left to struggle without water. These Nonprofits are now working on taking in and housing the park's stranded animals while the maintenance is being done and then releasing them back out when the maintenance is complete. Since they are not receiving any funding from the city for these animal they are asking for community support.
Please like, share, follow and donate to help their efforts ♥️🦆♥️

Just an idea for any other native plant people... as these landscapes disappear with development seed becomes more valuable. There's no reason to plant a tree, and then add fertilizer, and then rake away all the leaf litter, and then need mulch since we took away the natural leaf litter and ...then usually all of that is going into the garbage... when in reality if we just left it right there, our trees would be way healthier and we wouldn't have to pay so much in fertilizer cause we wouldn't need it. And organic matter, especially with native seed when you do cleanup is very wasteful to just throw in the dump. It can be used as mulch, composted, shared with a friend, maybe some gorilla seed balls can be made and thrown into areas lacking anything native. So, you may want to think twice before clearing the leaf litter and if you do it may have some value to the right person or animal in need. Ok. Happy planting. #Nativeseed #plantmorehabitat #wildlifeconservation
