Just a few months ago, I was freaking out because the city code enforcement and uneducated. Landscaper’s were scraping areas like this clear, leaving no room for biodiversity and a bleak ugly dirt landscape. But thankfully, after speaking out, writing letters, putting videos on the Internet while... gathering community support, the city has actually listened. The small areas we were able to save our flowering and the butterflies are pollinating and we have a start to a new beginning. This area is still flagged with a stupid land clearing sign, but there are better steps coming in the future and we’re looking positively as maybe next year will have triple the amount of flowers and butterflies that people could enjoy while feeling like we live in a community instead of a cleared out camping lot. Thanks for all the support friends. It’s really nice to see these butterflies out in these flowers blooming and in the end, it saved both the homeowner and the city a lot of time, money and frustration doing it the more natural way. #wildlifeconservation #plantmorehabitat #doless #insectadvocate

Community needs to start in
Here we are 2026. Development supposed to be progress. City officials and HOA care about us. We live in HOA communities in order to uphold the value. If you believed any of the last statements, then why is your developer planting something within your city that will eventually cost you a lot of ...money cleaning up with herbicide or because of fire risk you’ll need Landscaper’s. It’s just a big racket. I really wish people knew more about plants and how to protect their communities and their Wildlife instead of paying extra money to live in communities that are built to just make some other entity money and keep you broke. #fountaingrass #azwildfire #invasiveplants #idiocracy #coolidgeaz
