Pest Control Approach - Poison Free
We share our experience and expertise to enable our clients to practice DIY pest control if they want to. Whether we do the work, we share the load, or you do it yourself, the key is that we do it in a manner that enables wildlife and humans to co-exist.
Site Survey & Recommended Treatment Plan
The first step in any engagement is a site survey and assessment where we will evaluate rodent activity, existing habitats, predator presence, erosion, wash areas, vegetation, leaks, and more. Based on our findings, we recommend a treatment plan specifically for your property.
Treatment Methods
Treatment typically includes a combination of trapping, rodent birth control, removing food sources, installing owl habitats, adjustments to vegetation, and camera monitoring.
Pest exclusion is also important and we will include recommendations but we do not provide these services directly.
Monitoring Residential
Residential customers sign up with a third party for a camera subscription of their choice. This enables self-monitoring and remote follow ups with us (by phone or Zoom) as needed.
Maintenance & Monitoring Non-Residential
Commercial and agricultural customers require several zones for monitoring (by us or their staff) and require onsite maintenance and adjustments. Sometimes we combine resources on the maintenance efforts. It is up to the customer.
